Easy Returns Within 15 Days
At The Home Collection, we want you to love your home decor purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
How to Return Your Order
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Unsolicited returns (items sent back without authorization) cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs: All return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

Damaged or Defective Items
Received a Damaged Order?
Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you receive:
- Defective merchandise
- Damaged items
- Wrong products

Non-Returnable Items
What Cannot Be Returned
The following items are final sale and not eligible for returns:
- Custom and personalized home decor (special orders, monogrammed items)
- Personal care products (beauty items, cosmetics)
- Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases)
- Sale and clearance items
- Gift cards

Refund Processing
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Our Process:
- We receive and inspect your returned item
- You receive email notification of refund approval status
- Refund is issued to your original payment method
- Return shipping costs are deducted from refund total
Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Phillips Collection Items - Special Terms
Phillips Collection Returns & Cancellations
Order Processing: We begin procurement immediately after order placement.
Cancellation Policy:
- 25% administrative fee applies to all cancellations
- No cancellations accepted once order has shipped
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
Return Terms:
- Returns require authorization from Phillips Collection claims representative
- 25% restocking fee applies to returned merchandise
- Customer responsible for all freight/shipping charges
- Credit card refunds subject to 3% administrative fee
Phillips Collection Damage Claims
Reporting Damaged Shipments:
Visible Damage:
- Note damage on Proof of Delivery or Bill of Lading immediately
- Document with delivery service at time of receipt
Concealed Damage or Shortages:
- Report within 3 business days of receiving merchandise
- Email photos of damaged packaging and items to: claims@phillipscollection.com
- Retain all packing materials until advised otherwise
Important: Failure to keep damaged merchandise and packing materials will result in automatic claim denial.
Repairs: All customer repairs must be pre-authorized by Phillips Collection claims department.
Third-Party Shipments: We'll provide information and assistance with your claim filing.
Phillips Collection Warranty
1-Year Manufacturer Defect Warranty
All Phillips Collection home decor items include warranty coverage against manufacturing defects.
Warranty Includes:
- Repair, replacement, or refund (at Phillips Collection's discretion)
Warranty Excludes:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from regular use
- Incorrect installation
- Improper care or maintenance
